My sister was in a parade this past weekend as part of her campaign. Her truck looks awesome! it wears those decals all the time now, not just for parades.Her team added some Christmas decor and threw candy to the crowd. My little nephew got ride in the parade along with some other children who had a blast cheering to the crowd to "Vote for Welch!"

Hi Laurel..looks like everything is up and running in Slidell..we are busy busy...we have discovered that the biggest tragedy of the hurricanes for DH and myself is that the crop of crawfish for this season seems to be non existant!! We go to Steamboat Bills in Lake Charles and Ragin Cagin here is Houston and neither one has any boiled crawfish!! We live for crawfish season...DH is calling both places weekly hoping ...now they say maybe after Christmas they will have some bugs..Can't wait..
